Our five bedroom farmhouse is set in a five acre garden in the rolling Dorset countryside. Just a five minute drive from Hardy's Cottage, and twenty minutes from the sea, you couldn't ask for a better place to spend your holiday.

The Jurassic Coast, Dorset’s World Heritage coastline, offers stunning views, coastal walks, marine activities and the seaside towns of Weymouth, Bridport, Lyme Regis and Poole. Discover Dorset’s market towns, Dorchester the county town, Shaftesbury with its famous Gold Hill and Sherborne with its beautiful Abbey and castles or explore the pretty rural villages.

Enjoy BBQ's in the garden or hire a private chef to cook for you in our large country-style kitchen, complete with aga. Play croquet or giant jenga on the lawn with your family, or enjoy a spot of lawn tennis with the games kit from our large outdoor toy chest. With a large library of contemporary fiction, wifi and a DVD collection, you'll be spoilt for choice for indoor activities. On chilly nights light the wood-burners in both sitting rooms, and snuggle down into our comfy, cosy sofas.

With three large double bedrooms, one large twin room, and one small single bedroom, the house comfortably sleeps 9. Cots can be provided on request. All the rooms are decorated with antique and traditional furniture, with charming shabby-chic details. We have two large bathrooms, both with deep baths, and one with a power shower.
